Charades are excited to announce their brand new wardrobe for Shrek - The Musical !
Our full wardrobe promises to bring all the colour, glitz and glamour of any West End or Broadway show to the amateur stage!
Our beautiful costumes and headpieces, as always, have been produced to the highest standard, each being designed to fit a range of shapes and sizes. We concentrate on making our costumes bright, colourful, easy-to-wear and visually stunning whilst ensuring that they are easily alterable and hard wearing.
Our wardrobe is available to hire on a per costume basis*. Production on the wardrobe began in Autumn 2018 and is available for hire NOW! We have already taken lots of bookings for 2020 and 2021 -

Wardrobe Plot and Prices
Please find below our wardrobe plot for Shrek - The Musical.
Currently we expect there to be approx. 100-120 costumes for the show (standard size production).
* We can only supply our 'Shrek' costumes as a full wardrobe as per our wardrobe plot:
£20.00 (ex. VAT) per standard costume (these form the majority of the wardrobe)
£25.00 (ex. VAT) per 'Ogre'/'Animal'
£35.00 (ex. VAT) per 'Farquaad' costume (x 4)
£35.00 (ex. VAT) per 'Guard Armour'
£45.00 (ex. VAT) for 'Donkey' costume (x1)
£20.00 (ex VAT) per 'Specialist Wig' (e.g. 'Duloc', 'Fairy Godmother', 'Sugar Plum Fairy')
To book our 'Shrek' wardrobe we require a fully signed copy of our Wardrobe Plot AND Standard Contract / Terms and Conditions, along with a non-refundable deposit of £800.00
(NB: We do not expect any deposits until your Theatre Company has confirmed dates for your production).

This is a brand new wardrobe, therefore initial companies booking with us may not be able to see all the finished costumes at the point of booking.
Please feel free to peruse the thousands of images we have on our website as well as the numerous testimonials available to get a sense of the quality of the costumes/service that we provide.
Notably, please take a look a our 'Priscilla', 'Spamalot', 'Chitty' and commissions galleries as these wardrobes required a similar amount of structuring, precision and attention to detail.
Please note: This wardrobe has been produced for adults and although the costumes have been designed to be alterable they are not suitable for Youth Theatre Companies or Shrek Jnr.
