Director & Founder
Having been interested in the design and construction of clothes from an early age and on joining a theatrical society in the early 1980s Betty decided to channel her skills and interest into stage costumes. Through Betty's hard work, Charades has grown over the last 30 years and now, at our new spacious premises at Bold Business Centre, costumes over 100 productions a year country wide.
Betty oversees the general running of the business and brings her experience and expertise to the cutting table as she leads both our design and production teams. Betty lives and breathes theatre, directing shows and running drama groups in her spare time.
